Unpacking GWAS data
Using Pathway Enrichment Analysis to detect signs of conotruncal heart defects in GWAS data.
Project Dates: August 2020
Over the summer of 2020, I worked on a research project on the interpretation of GWAS data analysis results and Pathway Enrichment Analysis. Cases studied were children born with conotruncal heart defects and controls were children born without any heart malformation or known delayed cognitive development. Project result details are not publicly available at this time.
